Ecdy N7 is a blend of Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolate and Micro Ultra Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate with added BCAA’s to improve nitrogen retention, and Beta Ecdysterone, a plant extract which studies show greatly increases anabolism by increasing testosterone and protein synthesis.
