Following the success of the Myoplex Deluxe Bar, EAS launched their Myoplex Lite Bars, which contained half the fat and calories of the Deluxe version.

Each bar is 54g in weight, 190 calories, and contains 15g of high quality Whey Protein Isolate and Soy Protein Isolate as part of the EAS patented MyoPro™ blend, 4.5g of fat and 26g of carbs (11g of which are sugars) not to mention 22 vitamins and minerals.

There are bars of higher protein content and lower carb content, but EAS intended their Myoplex Lite Bars to pack enough of a punch for the heavy-duty energy requirements of the gym rat.

They are available in boxes of 12 with the following flavors: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Crisp, Chocolate Peanut Butter Crisp, Cinnamon Roll Crisp and Peanut Caramel Crisp.
